Apex Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online or by phone.
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment (applied toward your service).
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay for future services.
If we arrive and cannot perform services due to lack of water, power, or vehicle access, the deposit is non-refundable.
Apex Refund Policy
All services are final once completed.
If you are dissatisfied, notify us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Refunds are only issued in cases where services cannot be performed due to company error.
Apex Liability Waiver
By booking, you acknowledge that Apex is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage caused by unstable vehicle conditions, aftermarket modifications, or undisclosed issues (leaks, faulty seals, etc.).
Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is accessible, unlocked, and ready at the scheduled time.

We respect your privacy.
Personal information (name, email, phone, address) is only used for booking and service purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Payment information is securely processed through our POS provider.
